Winfried’s primary motive for his consultancy practice is to make human qualities effective in organizations.
Within organizations Winfried works with management and employees at the business process of diagnosing, designing and developing. Joining his efforts he attempts to solve central issues comprising the original sense, purpose and reason of those that work in the organization. He offers a helping hand in designing and purporting the necessary processes. He strives to reconnect both people and organization to what they intended originally and to support people in how to put at use their personal qualities for the benefit of the organization.
