Short Biography

Winfried M. Deijmann (1955 - Amsterdam) studied Marketing and Advertising at the Praehep Institute and Eurythmy at the Academie voor Eurythmie, both in The Hague - Holland. But his biggest challenge is and will be to graduate from the University of Live.

He has twenty years of international experience within profit- and non profit organisations as a marketeer, teacher, coach, performing artist, management consultant, speaker and trainer. During this period he especially has gained experience with developing and implementing new communication- and collaboration systems in multi-cultural environments. Since 1990 he works as artistic facilitator, keynote-speaker and consultant. With his international experience and always fresh approach he is able to create save environments in which he assist individuals and groups from any organisational level in searching and uncovering "the dancer within". He facilitates skills and tools for clear and effective communication and presentation styles. He has contributed as speaker and facilitator at international conferences and seminars on issues like: talent & character, dialogue, education, biography & labour and the arts. He is (co)-author of several papers and best selling books on dialogue, appreciative Inquiry and human talent & character in the context of learning and collaboration. He is contributor to the Fifth Discipline Fieldbook by peter Senge e.al. the Dance of Change.
