DIALOOG FOUNDATION
What do we see in society?
We live in turbulent times. Information comes at us from different sides and there are constantly new developments. Economic fluctuations, internationalization, cultural diversity. You have to take more and more aspects into account. That requires flexibility and resilience. How can you define your own position or move with it where necessary?
How do we look at people?
Every person normally has the potential to come to insights and decisions from within themselves in relation to others. You need this potential to come to moral decisions from your own responsibility. How can you awaken or strengthen these capacities? We think Dynamic Judgement-formation can contribute to this.
What do we want to achieve?
We want to contribute to the development of people so that they can authentically and powerfully stand up for what they think and do the right thing in what the situation asks of them. Ultimately, in doing so, we want to contribute to a humane society.
How do we do it?
Dialoog trains people who apply Dynamic Judgement-formation in their work or want to transfer it to others. These include trainers, coaches and consultants. Together, Dialoog maintains (international) contacts and publishes about Dynamic Judgement-formation.
The core of the Dialoog foundation is formed by the board. This is responsible for training and for the further development and dissemination of Dynamic Judgement-formation. In addition, the board supports the entrepreneurs who commit to Dialoog through registration. Together with the board, the registered consultants and trainers monitor quality.
