BASIC DYNAMIC JUDGEMENT-FORMATION TRAINING

“‘Improve your conversations – use the LSD formula’ they say, easier said than done! My own opinion quickly gets in the way of being able to keep listening.”
“Of course, I know how to ask questions, but I find, at crucial moments, that I don’t do it and let myself be guided, often wrongly, by my own judgements about and solutions to the situation.”
“How can you now ask questions in a professional as well as authentic way so that people don’t feel that you are applying a trick but that you still get direction over the conversation?”
Do you recognise this? Maybe Dynamic Judgement-formation can help you!

Target group and purpose
This training is meant for you, if you feel the need to further develop your judgment and conversation skills and you want to explore whether and how Dynamic Judgement-formation can help you do so. For example, if you have many conversations, coach, meet or negotiate.

Learning outcomes
At the end of the training you can achieve the following results, depending on your learning needs:

  • You know the model of Dynamic Judgement-formation;
  • You know how judgement processes take place in you and in others;
  • You have experienced the effect of Dynamic Judgement-formation;
  • You can assess its value to you;
  • You can continue to practice on the basis of tips provided.

Working method
Your own (learning) questions form the starting point of this training, and we will investigate in practice what it takes to listen, summarise and ask questions in a conversation. The questions that guide us are: Why is it so important to ask the right question, how do you do it and what does it achieve?
And of course just practical practice to master it.
The group size is 6 – 10 participants.
If you would like further practice under supervision to master the principles of Dynamic Judgement-formation so that it becomes an operational capability more quickly, you can register for the group course: Professional Application of Dynamic Judgement-formation.
