GROUP COURSE IN PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION DYNAMIC JUDGMENT-FORMATION
Objective and target group
This program is intended for any professional manager, trainer or coach who wants to train or supervise people and is enthusiastic about how Dynamic Judgement-formation(DJF) works.
In training and coaching, DJF playfully creates efficiency and effectiveness, as well as inspiration and sustainable change in people’s behavior. It is a foundation under every conversation. You want to handle and transfer DJF with experienced quality. You want to secure this quality and make it visible to the outside world by establishing a sustainable connection with Dialoog (registration).
Learning outcomes
At the end of the training program, depending on your personal learning needs and commitment, you can expect the following learning outcomes:
- You recognize judgmental processes in daily practice and respond to them constructively;
- You are capable of Introvision (self-reflection based on DJF), have insight into your own issues and take problem-solving actions;
- You have mastered the knowledge, skills, attitude and ‘quality of being’ from the training to such an extent that you are above the material and can work with it situationally;
- You transfer DJF in such a way that it has an enthusiastic effect and leads to a great improvement in quality in individuals, teams and organizations.
Working method
Practice has shown that individual customization is the most effective working method for this training. The training can therefore start at any time. The most important condition for the start is your well-founded decision to do so!
During the program, we work with individual discussions, telephone and e-mail consultations, group meetings and a practical internship.
