Introvision is a method that helps you to objectify your feelings about a person or situation. After introvision, you will know better whether there is a question or bottleneck behind this feeling, what caused it, what you want to do with it and how you could achieve this. If introvision does not immediately lead to a solution, you can put your question to a colleague, manager, advisor, coach or peer to peer group in a more focused way. This way, you avoid asking for unnecessary time and attention from the other person.
