Core activity
Dynamic Judgement Formation (DJF) is the primary methodology I use in both individual and group consulting. This approach supports meaningful transformation in a respectful, structured and innovative way. While literature on DJF exists, its true impact emerges through experience, by engaging with the process directly.
Whether applied through individual reflection or through collaborative group work around a specific case or dilemma, the method helps participants explore complex situations and arrive at deeper insights and well grounded decisions.
The values that guide my work are safety, creativity, and collaboration.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with polarisation, dilemmas and decision-making processes within teams and organisations.
Client experience
Clients often describe me as engaged, passionate and flexible. Participants frequently report that they feel safe and supported in the environment I facilitate.
The real work happens in the room, in dialogue, reflection and interaction. This is where participants gain the clarity and insights that enable them to move forward in their professional and organisational contexts.
Background
The foundation of my work lies in social services, combined with studies in communication science and extensive experience in communication and project management within organisations.
My professional practice includes:
– Training and facilitation
– Organisational development
– Coaching
– Mediation
After studying and working for many years in the Netherlands, I am now based in Edinburgh, Scotland, where I continue to work with individuals, teams and organisations.
